Grand Baby Got Milk

Epilogue
7 After the LORD had said these things to Job, he said to Eliphaz the Temanite, "I am angry with you and your two friends, because you have not spoken of me what is right, as my servant Job has. 8 So now take seven bulls and seven rams and go to my servant Job and sacrifice a burnt offering for yourselves. My servant Job will pray for you, and I will accept his prayer and not deal with you according to your folly. You have not spoken of me what is right, as my servant Job has." 9 So Eliphaz the Temanite, Bildad the Shuhite and Zophar the Naamathite did what the LORD told them; and the LORD accepted Job's prayer.
10 After Job had prayed for his friends, the LORD made him prosperous again and gave him twice as much as he had before. 11 All his brothers and sisters and everyone who had known him before came and ate with him in his house. They comforted and consoled him over all the trouble the LORD had brought upon him, and each one gave him a piece of silver [a] and a gold ring.

12 The LORD blessed the latter part of Job's life more than the first. He had fourteen thousand sheep, six thousand camels, a thousand yoke of oxen and a thousand donkeys. 13 And he also had seven sons and three daughters. 14 The first daughter he named Jemimah, the second Keziah and the third Keren-Happuch. 15 Nowhere in all the land were there found women as beautiful as Job's daughters, and their father granted them an inheritance along with their brothers.

16 After this, Job lived a hundred and forty years; he saw his children and their children to the fourth generation. 17 And so he died, old and full of years.

Jesus Handled it for us!

There are somethings better left unspoken and when it comes to our sins that have been paid for by the blood of the lamb they are never seen or heard of again. As far as the east is from the west He has removed out sins from us. Thank God, He never brings them up again...

Just Relax

Verse of the Day -- Psalms 90:12
Teach us to number our days . . .
Thought for the Day
God already knows when you will die, or be raptured.
Mini Bible Study for the Day
God tells us in I Cor. 9:24 that we should live our life as if we were in a race -- a race we are trying to win! Since we don't know how long we will live, every waking moment should be dedicated to serving God and allowing Him to use us in everything we do. A pro-active approach to living, to say the least.
God also warns us not to be cavalier about how long we live (Luke 12:16-20). We can't count on doing something tomorrow -- hence we should number our days.
Job 14:5 "(Man's) days are determined, the number of his months is with Thee, and his limits Thou has set so that he cannot pass."
Luke 12:25 "Which of you by being anxious can add a single cubit (minute) to his life's span?"
Ps. 139:16 "The days that were ordained for me, when as yet there was not one of them."

Sometimes Death is misunderstood

Sometimes Death is misunderstood, "it is in dieing that we are released to the newness of life!
Isaiah 57 1 The righteous perish, and no one ponders it in his heart; devout men are taken away, and no one understands that the righteous are taken away to be spared from evil. 2 Those who walk uprightly enter into peace; they find rest as they lie in death. I think that people should understand that as a believer death is a passport to the next word. IF you’re a believer in Jesus it will be Newness of Life with Joy... if not a believer or even a believer in any other name than Jesus it will be a great loss and a bad, bad place to be found!

May those who have struggled with the hurricane find true rest in the Grace of God! I feel really bad for all those people having to make it seemingly on there own.

He Did it all for us! All my bills are paid in Christ!

It is not good to have zeal without knowledge, nor to be hasty and miss the way. He who gets wisdom loves his own soul; he who cherishes understanding prospers. A man's wisdom gives him patience; it is to his glory to overlook an offense. Houses and wealth are inherited from parents, but a prudent wife is from the LORD. 15 Laziness brings on deep sleep, and the shiftless man goes hungry. 16 He who obeys instructions guards his life, but he who is contemptuous of his ways will die. 17 He who is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward him for what he has done.
